    Azabu Property Investments’ Residential Building Brokerage business helps -mainly- non-Japanese (sometimes non-resident) asset owners divest of their medium sized (JPY 200-700mln trade-value) residential buildings. Our approach to this underserved market segment is to offer assets publicly -a practice followed mostly by retail agents- where it makes sense, but employ our dealer/broker network to sell an asset “off-market” -a feature of the institutional landscape- when required. Leveraging Azabu Property’s track record of nearly 400 trades in total, we provide a steady hand during the inevitably tense process of executing deals of some complexity where sellers have considerable amounts at stake in a successful, low-risk exit outcome. At client take on, we can simulate the financial impact of an asset sale, taking tax effects into account at no fee and help asset owners cut their ties to difficult-to-deal with financial institutions.
